Please bring your insurance card with you to all visits.

Billing
For billing inquiries, please contact the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates Physician Business Services by phone at 202-741-3560. They can be reached by fax at 202-741-3458 and online at www.gwdocs.com.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of visit, and can be made via credit card or cash. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
